Last updated: October 2026. These terms govern access to and use of seatpromohub.com, operated by Sellencer GmbH ("SeatPromoHub"). By using the site you accept these terms.
1. Scope and nature of service
SeatPromoHub is a free editorial affiliate website. We publish reviews of US ticket resale marketplaces and verified promo codes. We are not a ticket seller, not a payment processor, not an agent of any ticket platform, and we do not hold any inventory. All ticket transactions take place on the destination platform (StubHub, Vividseats, SeatGeek or another third party), under that platform's own terms of service and refund policy.
2. No warranty on promo codes
We verify each promo code at checkout on the destination platform before publishing it, and re-verify weekly. Promo codes can nonetheless be invalidated at any time by the destination platform. SeatPromoHub makes no warranty that a published code will remain functional between weekly re-verifications. If a code we published fails at checkout, report it to [email protected] and we will investigate; we are not liable for losses, missed events or opportunity cost resulting from a failed code.
3. No ticket-platform agency
SeatPromoHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by StubHub Inc., Vivid Seats LLC, SeatGeek Inc. or any other ticket platform referenced on this site. We earn an affiliate commission under each platform's publicly accessible affiliate programme (details on the affiliate disclosure page). We do not act as agent of these platforms, do not represent them in any customer-service capacity, and have no authority to issue refunds, replace tickets or alter any transaction completed on their site.
4. Content accuracy and editorial judgement
Reviews and comparisons on this site reflect the editorial judgement of SeatPromoHub's staff at the date of publication, which is shown at the top of each article. Platform offerings change frequently; we re-verify figures before each publish but do not guarantee current accuracy at the moment of reading. Rely on the destination platform's own documentation for commercially material decisions.
5. Permitted use
Personal, non-commercial reading is unrestricted. Short quotations with attribution are welcome. Automated scraping of our promo code database, mirroring our reviews or republishing our verified-code tags without written permission is prohibited.
6. User conduct
Do not use this site to transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape beyond fair-use rate limits, or submit false or defamatory statements via the contact form. We reserve the right to block IP ranges that abuse the service, under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
7. Liability
Subject to the mandatory provisions of German law, our total liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to EUR 500 per claimant per rolling 12-month period, excluding cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, personal injury, or liability under the German Produkthaftungsgesetz. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under German law.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Berlin, Germany, insofar as permitted by law. For consumers resident in another EU Member State, mandatory consumer protection law of their country of residence applies.
9. Changes
Material changes are posted on this page at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the site after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
