SeatPromoHub is published by Sellencer GmbH, a small media company registered in Berlin at the Amtsgericht Berlin-Charlottenburg (HRB 262424 B). We are an editorial affiliate — we review US ticket marketplaces, publish promo codes we have verified at checkout and earn a commission when a reader completes a purchase through our link.
Who we are
Four people, two of whom previously worked at German resale and event-marketing agencies. We moved to the affiliate side in 2024 because we wanted editorial independence from the platforms we were previously promoting on fixed contracts.

How we make money
SeatPromoHub earns a commission from StubHub, Vividseats and SeatGeek when a reader clicks one of our tracked links and completes a qualifying purchase on the destination platform. The commission rate differs between the three platforms — SeatGeek currently pays the highest rate, Vividseats the lowest. Our editorial ordering and reviews are not adjusted for that difference, and we publicly cite it on the comparison page as evidence.
We do not accept payment to feature or hide a specific promo code. We do not accept payment to re-rank a platform. We do not sell data about which codes you click or which links you follow — the only outbound signal is the affiliate click attribution that goes to the destination platform under their terms.
What we refuse to do
- We are not a ticket seller and will never ask for your card, your login or your ticket. The transaction happens on the destination platform under their terms.
- We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels or analytics-for-marketing vendors. Server-side request counts are aggregated and do not rebuild a visitor profile.
- We do not list codes that we were unable to verify at checkout on the destination platform within the last 7 days.
- We do not list codes for secondary / grey-market "ticket aggregators" that are themselves scraping StubHub, Vividseats or SeatGeek. If you see those elsewhere, pricing is usually higher after the aggregator's layer of fees.
Editorial process
Promo codes are refreshed each Monday morning in Berlin. The editor on duty loads a representative ticket on each of the three platforms, types the candidate code at checkout and confirms the discount applies. Codes that fail the test are deleted the same day; replacements are added within the week when we find them. The dated "verified" tag on each code is the date of the last successful checkout test.
